What mode of payment do you accept?
At this time, we only take credit card payments.
What are your fees for individual therapy?
Fees range from $150 to $200 per session. Please check your therapist's profile on our booking site to see.
Do you offer in-person therapy?
Virtual therapy is currently the only option as it provides accessibility to individuals across Ontario, Canada.
What are your fees for groups and workshops?
Please send an inquiry via email for further discussion.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
We do not offer a sliding scale at this time. If you need to learn more on how to navigate mental health care in Ontario, see our resources page.
Do you bill insurance directly?
No. Once payment is received and the session is completed, you will receive an invoice (containing the registration number of the Registered Social Worker), that you can take back to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance if they honor Social Work/Master of Social Work providers.
